1. Vehicle descriptions
We describe each vehicle as accurately as we can. Mileage, specification and history are believed correct but should be verified on inspection.
2. Deposits & reservations
A reservation deposit holds a vehicle for you. Where stated as refundable, the deposit is returned if you decide not to proceed. The balance is due before collection or delivery.
3. Online payments
Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
4. Nationwide UK delivery
We offer delivery across mainland UK. Delivery costs are quoted separately and confirmed before your order is completed.
5. Your rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
